Love is the Greatest Gift

This scripture is one of my favorites because I do believe that God's greatest gift to us is the ability and need to love. It is what gets most of us, or at least me, through each day. The one thing that many of us may be guilty of, however, is taking love for granted. We often can forget how delicate it is or how vulnerable it makes us. Love can bring incredible happiness but also unbearable pain. However, where would we be without it? It is a gift. Our job is to nourish and protect it.
